This Florianopolis posada was built in 1984, when it was really hard to find good accommodation in Florianopolis. Initially, it was built as a house for the owner's family. A few years later, they decided to transform the cosy building into a guesthouse.
Through every phase of renovation and change, the owners have striven to preserve the beautiful environment that surrounds the area.
Three different types of accommodation are on offer at this Florianopolis pousada.

Policies and Other Information
- Cancellations should be made at least 3 days prior to the the check-in date. The amount paid as deposit won´t be returned.
- No show incurs a payment of one daily rate.
Late check-out policy:
- Late check-out is subject to availability.
Children policy:
- One child under 5 years old is free of charge. More than one child pays a tax that should be negotiated at booking.
- Children aged six to ten years are charged 50 reais per child.
