Driving from the airport or from the Central Bus Station, follow the signs to Lagoa da Conceição. Once there, turn right at the Av. Rendeiras (towards Praia Mole), and then right again at the Hotel Street (before the end of Av. Rendeiras), where there is a sign with the name Samuka Hotel.
