There is no fee for cancellations made up to 15 days prior to check-in date.

In case of No Show or cancellations made less than 15 days prior to check in date, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount.

Carnival and New Years packages: There is no refund of the amount paid to confirm the booking.

Late check-out policy:

Late check-out is subject to availability. Guests are advised to check out availability at the reception desk, on the day of check out.


Children policy:

Free accommodation is provided for children below five years of age. Children above five are charged the same as adults.
