Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are not allowed after the bookings are made. However, fully transferable credit, for a period of up to one year is provided, if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to travel dates (subject to limitation for any out of pocket losses suffered by the owner as a result of cancellation, particularly during the peak season, such as New Year's and Carnival).

Cancellation policy for Carnival and New Years holidays:
50% of the paid amount to confirm the booking (which means 25% of the total amount) will be refunded when cancellation is requested more than 40 days before the check-in date. After this date there is no refund.

No refunds or credits are available for cancellation after the initial travel date.

Late check-out policy:

High season: Check-out time should be strictly observed
Low season: Please check availability in advance

This house is in a residential complex. Therefore parties and loud noise are strictly forbidden after 10 pm during the week, and after middnight in the weekends.
