Policies and Other Information

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation or No Show, there will be a cancellation charge of one day's rate.

Holiday Season

The rules for cancellation, during the peak season (holiday season) are as follows:

  • For cancellations made 20 days prior to check-in date, there will be a refund of 80% of the total amount paid for booking.
  • For cancellations made10 days prior to check-in date, there will be a refund of 50% of the total amount paid for booking.
  • For cancellations made three days prior to check-in date, there will be a refund of 20% of the total amount paid for booking.
  • For cancellations made less than three days prior to check-in date, there will be no refund.

Late check-out policy:

Late check-out is subject to availability and will be permitted up to a maximum time of four hours from the regular check out time.


Children policy:

Free accommodation is provided for children below five years of age. In the case of children between five and ten years of age, there will be a supplementary charge of 25% of the normal price for adults.
