There are numerous works of art and awesome antique furniture (some of them over a hundred years old) that have been used to decorate this Florianopolis hotel.

Originally, this place was just the Jurere beach house of the owner. In 2002, she decided to transform it into a Florianopolis guesthouse, and she did so in style.

Since the beginning, the owner of this Jurere hotel has been serving afternoon tea for the guests. This pleasant ritual has become an integral part of the stay at this Florianopolis hotel. The tea has now become enhanced with herbs from the garden in the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

The amount paid as deposit is not refund. It stays like a credit for the guest use in other opportunity.

- Cancellations made until 30 days before the check in date, will be charge 10% of the total amount  paid on deposit and 90% of this amount will stay like a credit for the guest use in other opportunity.

- Cancellations made until 20 days before the check in date, will be charge 20% of the total amount paid on deposit and 80% of this amount will stay like a credit for the guest use in other opportunity.

- Cancellations made until 10 days before the check in date, will be charge 40% of the total amount paid on deposit and 60% of this amount will stay like a credit for the guest use in other opportunity.

- Cancellations made less than 10 days before the check in date, will be charge 100% of the total amount paid on deposit.

PS: These credits are not valid for Christmas, New Years Eve, Ester time and National Holidays. Please ask before booking.

Late check-out policy:

After 13:00 is charged 50% of a daily rate.
