Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellations made 30 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be changed to some other date - maximum until the beginning of the high season of the same year.

In case of cancellations made less than 30 days in advance, they will follow Embratur terms or under specific query.

Late check-out policy:

For Late check-out until 18:00 and if the room is available, it will be charged an extra R$20. After 18:00 it will be charged a full daily rate.


Children policy:

- For children up to 5 years old sharing the room with parents, there will be no charge.
- 2 adults plus 2 children (both up to 5 years) will be charged a daily rate for a triple room.
