For cancellations requested more than 15 days prior to check in date, 90% of the deposit will be refunded. 10% percent will be retained as administrative fee.
In case of cancellation made less than 15 daysfrom the check in date, there is no refund. The client will get a letter of credit that can be used in the next six months.
