Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations made less than 15 days from the check-in date, there is no refund. There is a letter of credit valid for 6 months, less 10% for administrative fees.

In case the cancellation is made more than 15 days from the check-in, 10% of the total amount will be charged and 90% will be refunded to the guest.

Bookings guaranteed in the credit card: the price of 1 daily rate will be charged from the credit card in case the booking is not canceled more than 48 hours from the check-in date.

Late check-out policy:

Late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged.

One child from 0 to 5 years old is free when staying with their parents in the room.
