There are 2 areas of accommodation: the International Wing and the Villas. The International Wing is located at the foot of the Morro das Aranhas (Spider Hill), on the Santinho Beach shoreline, from where there is an exceptional panoramic view. The accommodation comprises suites on 3 floors with elevator service. There are 4 different types of suites: Imperial, Master, Luxury and Junior.

The Resort has 14 villas designed with architectural lines in Açorian style, maintaining local tradition and identity. Here there are 2 different types of apartments: the Superior and Standard.
