Cancellation Policy:
  • A 50% payment is necessary to confirm the booking. This 50% will not be refunded in case of cancellation
    • Low season: cancellation should be requested at least 7 days before the check-in. Later than that the 50% balance will also be charged
    • High season from Dec 1st to Feb 28, and holiday packages: cancellation should be requested at least 30 days before the check-in. Later than that the 50% balance will also be charged
  • Early check-out: 50% of the balance of the remaining days will be charged
  • No-show: the full booking cost will be charged and not refunded

Late check-out policy:

The late check-out policy is largely dependent on availability. It is best to make your enquiries at the reception desk.
