We received a room with only one bed but we requested from you two. They fixed it by moving beds in but they said you did not request a room with two beds in it. However - the hotel staff was great. Just the problem with your communication with them.

Good comfortable hotel although a bit noisy due to traffic outside as its located in city centre and traffic is constant day and night.

It was so wonderful to have Renata as a contact in Florianopolis. Not only did she help answer questions we had about the area, she ensured our airport transfer was waiting for us upon arrival. It's a very good service. You can go to the destination only thinking in the work to be done or the holiday days. The process is easy and fast. I didn’t have any problem.
