The Mountain Do will be held this year in Florianópolis (SC) at the Costão do Santinho Resort and it is 70 Km long for teams of 2, 4 and 8 athletes. The start will be at 8 am on Saturday and the arrival will be at the same place. The teams must sign up in advance for this event.
Ashtanga Yoga Workshop

The Ashtanga Yoga Workshop will be held this year in Florianópolis in the Centro do Ser, located in the Canto da Lagoa. This intensive yoga workshop will last 4 days and Manju Jois will participate answearing questions and talking with participants willing to experience and practice the yoga philosophy.

ASP World Tour

The ASP World Tour is an event of the Associantion of Surfing Professional (ASP) where is given the award World Surfing Champion title to the best competition surfer for the year. A qualification system decides who can compete on the tour, for a total of 44 men and 16 women. This year competition will be at Joaquina beach in Florianópolis.
