Cancellation Policy:
Low and medium season

The amount already paid will not be refunded. It will be held valid for a new reservation.

For cancellation made more than five days prior to check-in date -

The full amount paid will remain as a deposit for the new reservation
The deposit will be valid for a new reservation within the next 90 days. (The guest must make a request for a new reservation at the time of cancellation.)

For cancellation made less than five days prior to check-in date, the client receives neither right to a new reservation nor any refund.

High season and holidays

The amount already paid will not be refunded. It will be held valid for a new reservation.

For cancellation made more than 15 days prior to check-in date -

• The full amount paid will remain as a deposit for the new reservation
• The deposit will be valid for a new reservation within the next 90 days. (The guest must make a request for the new reservation at the time of cancellation.)

For cancellation made less than 15 days prior to check-in date, the client receives neither right to a new reservation nor any refund.

For cancellation of New Years and Carnival packages:

• The deposits amount upon booking´s confirmation will not be returned in cash, but on hospitality credit. Until 30 days before the check-in date, the guest will have the credit (hospitality) on total value paid before, as long as a new hospitality date is chosen during cancellation. Less than 30 days before the check-in, the client will not have the right not credit (hospitality). All pending credit has to be used until 90 days after cancellation

In case of early checkout -

• There will be no refund
• There will be no credit for a future reservation
• The traveler must pay for the full stay, according to the agreement made at the time of booking
