The Florianopolis Hotel Pousada Sitio dos Tucanos is located on the southern part of the island, one of the preserved areas in Florianopolis.
This Florianopolis hotel was built in 1984, when it was really hard to find good accommodation in Florianopolis. Initially, it was built as a house for the owners' family. A few years later, they decided to transform the cosy building into a guesthouse.
Through every phase of renovation and change, the owners have striven to preserve the beautiful environment that surrounds the area.
There are three different types of accommodation in this Florianopolis hotel.
In addition to all the facilities below, they can also arrange tours for whale-watching and boat trips to some little islands.

- One child under 5 years old is free of charge. More than one child pays a tax that should be negotiated at booking.

- No show incurs a payment of one daily rate.
