The Florianopolis Rental House Praia Mole Town Home is located in a safe condominium area, right on the Mole Beach of Florianopolis. This Florianopolis rental house has two-floors, comes fully furnished and aesthetically designed. The first floor accommodates a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a barbecue space. The second floor has three comfortable bedrooms, one of which is the master suite with a private balcony. The other two are double bedrooms with a beautiful ocean view.
There is a minimum 7 day rental.
During New Year's and Carnival there is a minimum 10 day rental.

This house is in a residential complex. Therefore parties and loud noise are strictly forbidden after 10 pm during the week, and after middnight in the weekends.
This house demands the fullfilment and signature of a house form and deposit.
New Years and Carnival require a minimum 10-night stay.
Cancellations are not allowed after the bookings are made. However, fully transferable credit, for a period of up to one year is provided, if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to travel dates (subject to limitation for any out of pocket losses suffered by the owner as a result of cancellation, particularly during the peak season, such as New Year's and Carnival).
Cancellation policy for Carnival and New Years holidays:
50% of the paid amount to confirm the booking (which means 25% of the total amount) will be refunded when cancellation is requested more than 40 days before the check-in date. After this date there is no refund.
No refunds or credits are available for cancellation after the initial travel date.
