The Florianopolis Rental House Praia Mole Town Home is located, in a safe condominium area, right on the Mole Beach of Florianopolis. This Florianopolis rental house has two-floors, comes fully furnished and aesthetically designed. The first floor accommodates a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a barbecue space. The second floor has three comfortable bedrooms, one of which is the master suite with a private balcony. The other two are double bedrooms with a beautiful ocean view.
There is a minimum 7 day rental.
During New Year's and Carnival there is a minimum 10 day rental.
The house faces the Mole beach. Among the comforts on offer are the pool chairs, an outside shower and a barbecue place.

Low season: Please check availability in advance.
Cancellations are not allowed after the bookings are made. However, fully transferable credit, for a period of up to three years is provided, if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to travel dates (subject to limitation for any out of pocket losses suffered by Floripa Vacation Homes as a result of cancellation, particularly during the peak season, such as New Year's and Carnival).
For cancellations made within 21 days of travel date, 50% of the total amount may be retained as a credit for future use within a three year time period.
No refunds or credits are available for cancellation after the initial travel date.
