Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative: 

The Inn is part of the "Bem Receber" Project, where training and developing local employers is the main objective, achieved through teaching about environmental, socio-cultural and economic issues. This is then utilised to promote sustainable tourism at the grassroots level. As part of this project they are caring for everything that surrounds them, and only offer the best to their guests and the planet.

To ensure a minimal environmental footprint, they recycle organic waste for use in their gardens, and only use bio-degradable cleaning products.

The interiors are charmingly furnished using local raw materials such as wood, bamboo, and interesting local artwork.
