For cancelation made up to 20 days before the check in date, the deposit will be refunded.

Late check-out policy:

Late check-out is subject to availability. Please inquire at reception.

The conditions applicable for late checkout include:

  • If guests check-out late without prior agreement, half day's room rate will be charged.
  • If the late check-out is after 18:00, one night's room rate will be charged.  

Children policy:

One child up to three years of age per apartment will be given free accommodation.

One child per apartment (between 4 and 12 years of age) will receive a 50% discount on the room rate.

Accommodation Feedback

- very nice host, even offered a free bottle of champagne for new year
- extra charge of 50 RMB for changing towels every day, even when we did not use the beach towels
- it would be good if jacuzzi would be cleaned more frequently
- location makes it necessary to have an own car or use the (expensive) transportation service to go to the main beaches and restaurants
