Pico do Tabuleiro Trekking
The Pico do Tabuleiro is the second highest peak of Florianopolis. It is located in the main land, and from there, the beautiful view to almost the complete island of Floripa. It is 1.200 meters high. The trail is about 18 km long, and it is the hardest hike we offer.
The scenery along the hike is gorgeous, most of the time deep into the Atlantic forest. It takes approximatele 7 hours to hike up and come down.
The hike starts in the district of Caldas da Imperatriz. From there, it is about 4 hours hiking to the top, and about 3 hours to hike down.
Participant Guidelines
Participants should wear hiking shoes, long pants, long sleeve shirts, gloves, socks. It is very windy at the peak, therefore bring a jacket.

You should be in good shape and used to hard & long hikes.
