The Studio has a TV, DVD, CD Player, A/C, Coffee-maker, Bendler, Washing-machine (for the clothes), Fully equiped kitchen, bed linen and towels.
The building has an elevator. Parking place is on the street in front of the building. Housekeeping is not included in the price, but it can be arranged.
The apartment has a balcony with a barbecue place.
