For cancellation made up to seven days prior to check in date, 90% of the deposit will be refunded. Ten percent will be retained as administrative fee.
In case of cancellation made less than seven days prior to check in date, 90% of the deposit will be reserved as a credit that will be used as a deposit for the next visit. The credit is valid for six months. Ten percent will be retained as administrative fee.
Service Tax (ISS) will be charged at 2.5% of the room rate.
Tourism Tax will be charged at R$1.20 per day.
