- For cancellations made less than 7 days (LOW SEASON) or 15 days (HIGH SEASON) from the check-in date, there is no refund. There is a letter of credit valid for 6 months, less 10% for administrative fees
- In case the cancellation is made more than 7 days (LOW SEASON) or 15 days (HIGH SEASON) from the check-in, 10% of the total amount will be charged and 90% will be refunded to the guest
- Bookings guaranteed in the credit card: the price of 1 daily rate will be charged from the credit card in case the booking is not canceled more than 48 hours from the check-in date
