Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative: 

These fishermen actually transformed their houses into cozy restaurants by the lake. The men fish and the wives cook. The restaurants have decks above the lake, from where the clients enjoy a spectacular lake and green mountains view. By visiting these lake side restaurants we provide income generation for the fishermen, allow them to maintain traditional fishing methods of income and educate fishing villages about how important it is for them to care about their environment through good environmental practices.
