The town homes are conveniently located on the beachfront in Praia Mole, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It is at just 5-minute drive away from the Lagoa centre, which is a charming neighborhood that has a good dose of restaurants, bars, clubs, and services like banks, ATMs, drugstore, money exchange and more.

Driving from the airport, just follow the signs to Sul da Ilha, which means south of the island. Turn left at the first sign for Lagoa da Conceição and keep going, until you see a sign to the right, indicating Praia Mole and Praia da Barra. Following this sign, you will drive up and then down a small hill.

You will now be next to Praia Mole. The Town homes are at the first gate after the big surfer statue, and the Beach Homes are at the second gate after the big surfer statue.
