Florianopolis Airport Transfer
Our private airport transfer service is available on a daily basis and it is 24 hours.
We will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it, as you come out of the baggage claim area.
The passangers will be picked up at the Florianopolis International Airport Hercilio Luz, and will be driven to their hotel in Florianopolis.
Participant Guidelines
Guests are requested to provide the following information: airline, flight number, arrival time, number of pieces of luggage, hotel / destination address.
Other Disclosures
The transfer price mentioned here is for hotels situated either in town, south of the island or central east.
Transfers to the west or north of the island will be charged different prices.
IF the traveller misses a flight connection to Florianopolis, they shall inform Brazil Trails´s office immediately, so that we can re-schedule the driver. IF the driver has already left to the airport, there is no payment refund.
Children policy
Children up to 2 years old are free on the parents lap. Children over 2 years old pay the regular rate as they have to travel seated as an adult. We recommend parents bring their own children's portable seats.
Cancellation Policy
Will be charged 90% of the service price for cancellation made 72 hours prior to the service. Less than that or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
=> In case you miss your flight conection to Florianópolis, please inform us immediately, so that we can inform your driver in advance to re-schedule your transferfree of charge. In case the driver has already left for the airport, there will be no refund.
