Personalized Boat Trip

”Perolas da Lagoa” - This trip takes participants to the most enchanting parts of the Conceição-Lagoon. After leaving the bay, the group will enter a magical world of practically untouched, unspoiled nature at Costa da Lagoa. The first stop is right at the end of the lagoon. At the Morro dos Macacos (monkey hill) the group can observe the spectacular flora, the birds, and with luck, some monkeys. After a walk or a swim at the Saquinho-beach, participants will be served Anna's famous Caipirinha, which is included in the price. The Ondanca then moves on to the village of Costa which can only be reached by boat or on foot. The village has a viewpoint with a stunning view of the lagoon and the ocean. On the way back, participants may have the opportunity for another swim at the waterfall before lunch at a pleasant seafood restaurant - Lagoa Azul - by the waterside.

Duration: 5 hours "Estrelas da Barra" - This is a wonderful trip on the lagoon, through the channel of Barra. The channel is the only exit to the ocean and is one of the most fascinating attractions in the region. Participants will pass beautiful houses, colourful fishing boats and fishermen throwing their tarrafas (typical fishing nets) – all in all, a very photogenic setting. With favourable weather conditions, the boat can go out on the open sea from where there is a panoramic view of Barra da Lagoa and the islands of Arvoredo, Aranhas, Xavier and Campeche. On the way back, Ondanca drops its anchor at an enchanting bay where participants can swim in the warm water of the Lagoon.

Duration: 2 hours ”Lagoa by Night" - Lagoa by Night is a romantic trip on the Conceição-Lagoon. At sunset Ondanca glides peacefully through the pretty channel which connects the lagoon with the sea, passing fishing villages and colourful boats. The boat will drop the anchor at a beautiful bay, as the birds are settling in for the night. Snacks and the famous Brazilian Caipirinha will be served. Soft background music accompanies lively conversations, as the sky and the surroundings light up with twinkling stars and lights from coastal villages. This trip is especially beautiful by the light of the full moon. Beer, wine and soft drinks can be purchased on board; live music may be requested for.

Duration: 3 hours "Campeche Island" - The Ilha do Campeche is a beautiful island situated on the east coast of Florianópolis. It is well known for its white beaches and crystal clear water, wonderful to dive and swim in. There are many archaeological sites with ancient rock art to visit. As the island has been declared an ecological reserve, there are guided hikes to the different places of interest for a small fee. As there is no pier, a dingy "Dancinha" will be taken along to take ashore those who prefer not to swim. Two restaurants operate during the peak season and serve lunch. Included in the fare are fruit and water. Beverages and caipirinha can be acquired on board. A picnic can be prepared if the participants wish it, provided the tour operators are given a day’s notice. There is a toilet on board.

Duration: 7 hours The Ondanca only navigates on the sea during favourable weather conditions. Those who suffer from sea-sickness are advised to take a Dramin half an hour before departure.

There is no charge for children up to three years of age. Children between the ages of three and six years are charged 50% of the fare.

The booking fee is refundable if a cancellation is made seven days before the tour.
