It is the third time I go to Bangalos da Mole, and this time things were not quite right. Toilet was not clean at check in, I got locked out from main gate at 10 PM, but nobody told me that the gate would be closed, but most of all, among the main reasons why I chose bangalos da mole was the WIFI connection, and it did not work for the whole 5 days of my staying (it was being repaired ). The person at the office offered to use the computer, and I used it for the little urgent work I had to do, Nobody offered a discount for the fact that WIFI did not work, which in some way I expected. Overall, it was definitely low season, they were probably doing some meintainance but the price was hi for the overall service. I am sure the WIFI will be up and running soon, but in my case it made my staying really unpleasant and difficult. Also the TV audio did not work, but I did not care too much since I don't watch TV anyways....

Even though a remark was made we were going to have a late check-in, when we arrived the reception was closed and we had to spend a night in a different hotel.

They should clean the rooms EVERY day, and not every TWO days. They could also take credit cards.
